Gift Certificate Pre-Order Form

Orders that are placed, processed, and paid for by 5 PM will be available for pick-up on the next business day.

If you are paying with cash or a check, you may visit us in person between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Should this time be inconvenient, please contact us at 774-930-5920 to arrange an alternative date and time that suits your schedule.

Orders placed after 5 PM cannot be guaranteed for next-day readiness; they may instead be available the day after.

Additionally, orders placed after 3 PM on Saturday will not be ready for pick-up on Monday, as we are closed on Sunday. Consequently, these orders will be available on Tuesday.

Orders are non-refunable

Once your Gift Certificate order is completed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, including the amount and access code for the Hide Away Secure Storage Container. Please ensure that you securely lock the storage container after retrieving your envelope.

IMPORTANT: The Secure Storage Container is located at our rear entrance and is monitored by 24-hour audio and visual surveillance. To maintain this service, we kindly ask that you take only what pertains to you and properly secure the container. Failure to do so may result in the voiding of your purchased gift certificate(s), non-refundable purchase(s), and a requirement for future Gift Certificate purchases to be made in person.
