A decision to adopt must be made in 3 days. If after 3 days, there is no decision made, Toby’s will assume the Foster to Adopt option to be null & void and that it is only the intention is to Foster the Dog. Toby’s Dream will begin posting the dog as available for adoption.* This field is required.

If the decision is made to adopt the Dog, then a separate Adoption Agreement will be signed & an Adoption Fee will be paid to Toby’s Dream Rescue.* This field is required.

To provide the Dog a clean, secure fenced area for the dog. If a fully fenced enclosed area is not available, the Foster agrees to leash walk the dog using only a slip lead that has been provided by Toby’s Dream. * This field is required.

To NOT use a standard collar/harness and leash when walking a Toby’s Dog. Only the provided Slip Lead is to be used in unsecured areas.* This field is required.

To NOT use tie outs or electric fences are not allowed to be used to secure a Toby’s Dog.* This field is required.

To obey all applicable laws governing control & custody of dogs.* This field is required.
