Whitsundays Tall Ship Experience Inclusions:

Accomodation:
4 days / 4 nights on board the Solway Lass Tall Ship among the beautiful Whitsunday Islands.

Food:
All meals, coffee tea, water and snacks included and prepared on board. Special Dietary requirements are fully catered for.

Cost:

Single cabin (share bathroom): AUD 2750

One person in twin or triple share cabin (share bathroom): AUD 2295

One person in twin share cabin (with ensuite): AUD 2495

Twin Cabin (share bathroom): $4500 for entire cabin (max 2 people)

Twin cabin (with ensuite): AUD 4600 for entire cabin (max 2 people)

Triple cabin (share bathroom): AUD 6000 for entire cabin (max 3 people)

Quad cabin (share bathroom): AUD 7000 for entire cabin (max 4 people)

All cabins are small and space is tight.

There will be a maximum group size of 18 people.

Prices include above mentioned inclusions. Payments are made via bank transfer.

The experience starts 4pm on Wednesday 13th August 2025 and ends on Sunday 17th August 2025 at 11 am.

If you are flying into Airlie Beach on the first day, your flight will needs to arrive by 2pm in order for you to comfortably join the tour. If you are departing on the final day, please book flights no earlier than 2pm.

For bookings of entire cabins, clearly indicate who you are sharing with. Please note that every participant needs to fill in a registration form.

Please note:

The balance of your payment is due 90 days before departure. If you cancel at least 6 months prior to departure you will receive a full refund (including deposit).
If you cancel your booking within 6 months but more than 90 days before the start of the adventure, we will refund 50% of your deposit. If you cancel your booking less than 90 days before the start of the adventure, we will not refund any of the cost of the adventure unless we can transfer your booking. If we cancel the adventure for any reason, we will refund the full cost of the adventure.
