EFT payments - $1.60

Lease Creation/Renewal Fee - $45

AC Filter Reactive Trip Fee - Tenant shall pay the cost of vendor to come out and service the AC due to tenant's negligence of replacing filter for the AC in a timely manner. (This includes replacing AC filter, clearing drain line, or any other issues caused by not replacing AC filter as required by lease)

Missed vendor fee - $100 or cost of vendor trip free (which is greater). This fee is to be applied if tenant schedules appointment with vendor and doesn’t meet the vendor at the home or the vendor wasn’t needed. Appointments must be canceled with a 24/hour notice.
