    OUR HIRING PROCESS

    Our application selection process is designed to ensure we bring on team members who align deeply with our mission and are ready to provide an exceptional educational experience for our students. This thorough, multi-step approach allows us to get to know candidates comprehensively, evaluating both their skills and their commitment to our values.

    We will begin accepting applications in early December, but please note that we will not begin reviewing submissions until the first week of January. Our goal is to extend offers around February/March for the upcoming 2025-26 school year.

    Here’s what to expect:

    • Resume Screening: We start by reviewing each candidate’s background, focusing on experience, education, and demonstrated commitment to educational excellence.
    • One-Way Video Interview: Candidates will complete a brief, self-recorded video interview, allowing us to learn more about their motivations, values, and unique qualities.
    • Zoom Interview with an Admin Team Member: Selected candidates will participate in a live video interview with a member of our administrative team to discuss their fit with our school culture and mission.
    • Performance Task: Candidates will complete a performance task relevant to their desired role, enabling us to assess how they might approach real-life scenarios at Invictus.
    • Final Interview: Our final step is an in-depth interview with key team members to ensure a strong alignment of goals, values, and vision.
