OUR HIRING PROCESS

As a new public Montessori charter school opening in August 2025, our staffing needs are evolving as we finalize enrollment, programming, and facility planning. Because of this, our exact hiring timeline may shift, and some roles may be posted before others.

Even so, we want to begin gathering applications now from talented educators and professionals who feel aligned with our mission. We are also rreviewing a few immediate vacancies that may be available for the 2025–26 school year, and strong candidates may be contacted sooner for those opportunities.
