    1. Please read the camp information before filling in the form.
    2. Camp is open to Revival Fellowship members and their invited guests.
    3. This application is for ONE room. If you are sharing that room, put everyone on this application. BUT if you are booking more than one room, do a different form for the other room.
    4. If different catering options are required by members of your group, note that in special requests and we will contact you to confirm your fees. 
    5. Speak with your local pastor if you need support to be able to come.
    6. THIS IS BEST FILLED OUT ON A DESKTOP OR LAPTOP - NOT A PHONE. If using a phone, turn it sideways (landscape) to see most input fields.

  • * WWVP Is a 'Working with Vulnerable People' (ACT) or 'Working with children' (NSW) card that is now required by our insurer for anyone that will be helping or working with children at the camp. 

    **Special diet - Sorry but 'exclusion diets' such as low carb are not able provided for, we suggest you bring your own food to supplement the catering if needed.

    Then 'Settings/Conditions' derives the FC (full camp), PC (partial camp) and Days amounts depending on what's been selected above. All dollar amounts are within  the 'Conditions' calcs.

    'Waterslea; Koloona etc' fields are summed here from the derived fields.

  • When you submit this form your card will be debited. You will be emailed with a reminder and link to pay your balance by two weeks before camp.

  • 1: Bookings are not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid - 10% minimum is requested. 

    2: Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your accommodation request is no longer available, we will contact you to advise what is still available and whether you are OK to change.

    4: 10% deposit is due 24 November and full fees due by 20 December.

    5: Cancellations after 20 December will forfeit the full amount. (We have to provide final numbers to the camp at that time). If it is possible to have someone else take your accommodation you will be refunded.

    Finally, and after all this 'official' stuff, we are looking forward to an awesome time of fellowship, blessing and growth together. Hope you can join us!
