EVENT DAY GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES:

SET UP: Saturday, November 16, 2024 11:30 AM

EVENT: Saturday, November 16, 2024 11:30 AM - 4 PM 

 

        Contestants:

• Please arrive by 11:30 a.m. to set up your space inside Nueces Brewing.
• Provide your own chips and associated items (e.g., plates, napkins, etc.).
• Electric warmers are allowed, as necessary.
• Guests will be given 3 raffle tickets each to vote for their favorite - guests can place all 3 tickets for one contestant or vote for each of their top 3 favorites.
• Judges will be voting between noon and 1 p.m. Winners to be announced for People's Favorite and Judges Top Choice after 2 p.m.
