The NPL Red Kilo Power Bowl 2025

Location: Red Kilo Gym Barbell and Fitness, 326 Pleasant View Rd, New Cumberland, PA 17070

This event will be held within the Adoration Fitness and spectators will need to purchase a ticket to enter the event (lifters will not).

Sanction: National Powerlifting League 

Eligibility: Eligibility: Any male or female 13 years or older. Lifters must be current NPL members. Good for one year from the date of purchase. Must purchase online before the contest.

This is a non-tested meet. State and National records can be set.

Divisions: Open, Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23, Sub-master 35-39, Master 40-44, 45-49, etc

Weight Classes: Men: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, 308+ (SHW)

Women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 198+ (SHW)

Rules: One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters. Underwear must be "V" type legless aka "tighty whities", or jockstrap. No compression shorts or spandex allowed.

Raw Sleaves: requires a one piece singlet, and allows 4 inch wide buckle or lever belt (No velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wrist wraps can be up to 1 meter and single layer knee sleeves. Over the calf long socks are required for the deadlift for all lifters.

Raw Wraps: Is raw except it allows up to 3 meter kneewraps for the squat.

Single Ply rules: Single-Ply squat, bench, and deadlift suits only! No velcro straps on the squat/deadlift suit. Velcro is allowed on the bench shirt, but must close the back completely- no open-back shirts. No velcro straps allowed on squat or deadlift suit. No support briefs allowed in single ply.

Multi-Ply rules: Multi-Ply division allows multi-ply squat, bench shirts and deadlift suits along with open back shirts and Velcro straps for the DL suit.

Mono-lift will be used for squat. 

 A 30kg bar and collar set will be used for all squat and a 25kg bar and collar set will be used for bench and deadlift.

Schedule:

Early Weigh in/Gear Check - Friday 2/21, 9:00AM-11:00AM evening early weigh ins will be 4:30PM-6:30PM at the meet venue

Rules Briefing/Warm Ups: Saturday, 8AM

Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9AM

Awards:

Open: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group

Best Lifter: Any Division with 5+ lifters will receive a certificate and award.

 

Entry Fee: $150per lifter includes t-shirt, add $45 if entering additional division (Open + Juniors = 2 awards)

 

Payment: Payment of entry fees will be done via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to submit your entry after completing your registration details. Entries will not be considered final until your payment has been received. **See Refund policy below**
