Week 2 (Sunday, 13th): Triumph over Trauma by learning to transcend negative polarity through the Law of Polarities.
Week 3 (Sunday, 20th): Worthy of Love and Forgiveness – learn the power of self-love and forgiveness to free yourself.
Week 4 (Sunday, 27th): Living in the Present – connect with nature through a bliss walk meditation and learn to live mindfully.
