- 10:15 am Journey Event Closing Worship
- 3 pm EP/SC Gathering (details to come)

February 15th get 50% refund

The cost of bringing a guest includes the price of meals at Epworth. Epworth will not separate out the cost of meals. Thus, the difference in price between having a single room and having a guest.

Synod pays room/board at double occupancy rate. A commissioner can choose to room alone by indicating here and paying the difference in cost. If you do not register a preferred roommate, one will be assigned to you.

As a commissioner, synod pays room and board (at double occupancy rate) and reimburses travel expenses in accordance with policies. See travel policies here.
