HALLOWEEN HOUSE O' LIGHTS CHALLENGE

¡Únete a Keep the Park Beautiful para el reto de Halloween Houses O’ Lights! El reto está abierto a todas las residencias y negocios. Un jurado seleccionará las mejores propuestas en las siguientes categorías: MEJOR SENDERO ENCANTADO, FAVORITO DE LOS JUECES, MAÍZ DE CARAMELO, TAMAÑO DIVERTIDO y TAMAÑO NORMAL. La inscripción al concurso está abierta del 1 de septiembre al 15 de octubre de 2025. Inscríbete en el reto de Halloween Houses O’ Lights de Manassas Park para tener la oportunidad de ser invitado de honor en el Trunk or Treat de 2025. La lista de casas participantes se publicará en línea del 20 de octubre al 1 de noviembre de 2025.

I understand and agree with the following: Lights must be turned on and available for viewing between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. from October 20 – November 1, 2025. My address will be posted on the Manassas Park Halloween Houses O’ Lights Map. This map* will be available as a link on the Facebook page. *Only addresses will be posted on the map. If, for any reason, I decide to withdraw from the contest, I will notify the Community Maintenance Group by email at keeptheparkbeautiful@gmail.com

Entiendo y acepto lo siguiente: Las luces deben estar encendidas y disponibles para su visualización entre las 5:00 pm y las 9:00 pm del 20 de octubre al 1 de noviembre de 2025. Mi dirección se publicará en el mapa de Casas de Luces de Halloween de Manassas Park. Este mapa* estará disponible como enlace en la página de Facebook. *Solo se publicarán las direcciones en el mapa. For and in consideration of the opportunity offered to participate in the Manassas Park HALLOWEEN HOUSES O' LIGHTS CHALLENGE provided by Keep the Park Beautiful, I, as evidenced by signature, do hereby hold harmless, release, and waive any claims I/my household/business may have against the City of Manassas Park, its officers, employees, agents,  contracted instructors, and any other person(s) involved in the above-named activity for any injuries, losses, or damages suffered by me, my household, or my business as a result of my/our/its participation in the above-named activity.  I accept full responsibility for the cost of treatment for any such injury, and for any such loss or damage suffered.

En consideración a la oportunidad ofrecida para participar en el HALLOWEEN HOUSES O' LIGHTS de Manassas Park, organizado por Keep the Park Beautiful, yo, como consta en mi firma, eximo de toda responsabilidad y renuncio a cualquier reclamación que yo, mi familia o mi negocio, podamos tener contra la Ciudad de Manassas Park, sus funcionarios, empleados, agentes, instructores contratados y cualquier otra persona involucrada en la actividad mencionada, por cualquier lesión, pérdida o daño que yo, mi familia o mi negocio suframos como resultado de mi participación en la actividad mencionada. Acepto la plena responsabilidad del costo del tratamiento de cualquier lesión, pérdida o daño sufrido.

I grant to the City of Manassas Park, its officers, employees, and representatives the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-described activity.  I grant permission to the City of Manassas Park, its assigns, and transferees, to use, copyright, and/or publish the same in print and/or electronic media.  I agree that the City of Manassas Park may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

Autorizo ​​a la Ciudad de Manassas Park, sus funcionarios, empleados y representantes a tomar fotografías de mí y de mi propiedad en relación con la actividad descrita anteriormente.
