By signing this agreement both parties agree to the terms and conditions of booking fees quoted for these services. Both parties agree to honor the agreement. This means the customer agrees to adhere to the rules of the service provider and their partners, agreeing to settle all costs expected of them. The service provider and their partners agree to provide all accepted services to the extend which was indicated.

Inclusions & exclusions
The client and service provider and their partners hereby agree that all inclusions is agreed as all services/items specified as included in the program price. The client and service provider hereby agrees that all exclusions is agreed as all services/items which has not been indicated as included.
Conditions of booking
The service provider and its partners cannot guarantee wildlife sightings or good weather as this is a variable out of their control. The service provider and its partners cannot be held liable for any activities which is forfeited due to program participants not keeping to the time schedule or adhering to the rules of the program. The service provider and its partners cannot be held liable for any damages or loss to the client and his/her goods. It is the responsibility of the client to have an sufficient and extensive travel insurance policy in their name for the full duration which they partake in the program.
Payment terms
By signing the service agreement the client agrees to the payment terms as indicated on the quotation and consequently the invoice. The client agrees that a deposit payment will be required to secure the booking of the services. The deposit amount is indicated on the quotation/invoice. Payment should be made with electronic bank transfer. The deposit payment should be made within 2 weeks of signing this agreement and the outstanding balance to be settled by the client 30 days prior to the starting date of the program.

Termination
The deposit is non-refundable and our standard termination rules apply:
- Cancellation 4+ Weeks before arrival: Invoice amount less deposit
- Cancellation 4 Weeks or less before arrival: No Refund
For special Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival:
- If your booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, payment should be made immediately or reflect before one week of your arrival.
