All presentation rooms will have a TV with sound and desktop computer connected to the TV. There will also be an HDMI cord available for a laptop to connect to the projector. You should plan to email the presentation to yourself or bring on a USB drive. If you have additional A/V needs please list here.

Research posters submitted will be eligible for the Undergraduate Research Award.

The Undergraduate Research Award was established in 2024 to recognize outstanding undergraduate students who demonstrate exceptional commitment to academic research and scholarly excellence. This award celebrates students who have made a contribution to an academic field through original research or innovative projects. The Undergraduate Research Award comes with a $250 scholarship. The research must be fully complete and conducted within the student's undergraduate career.
