Volta Coach Training (VCT) Spring 2025 Application

Volta Coach Training (VCT) is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 accredited program delivered in a condensed format with a focus on developing practical skills, ensuring that our program graduates have the confidence and ability to begin coaching right away. The 16-week intensive provides 60+ hours of training, and 10+ hours of mentor coaching. Successful completion of VCT provides graduates with everything needed to apply for ICF's ACC credential through the Level 1 pathway once they have completed 100 hours of coaching experience. We discuss the best way to earn and account for these hours at the beginning and throughout the program.

To ensure a cohesive learning environment, participants in the program must be sponsored and employed by a law firm, law school, or in-house legal department. The Spring 2025 tuition for participation in the Volta Coach Training Program is $12,500.00.

Applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis so please do not wait to complete and submit your application. The deadline for submission is Monday, December 16, 2024.
