This form is for use by USTA teams playing home matches on the City of Durham public courts exclusively. DPR Field Rentals processes requests for courts Monday-Friday. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS ACCURATE AND ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RESPONSE.
