Cancellation Policy:
- Withdrawal of an entry at least 16 working days prior to an event: entry fee will be held on account, or refunded, in full less a 5% administration fee.
- Withdrawal of an entry at least 11 working days prior to an event: 75% of the entry fee will be held on account or refunded.
- Withdrawal of an entry at least 6 working days prior to an event: 50% of the entry fee will be held on account. No refunds will be given.
- Withdrawal 5 working days or less prior to an event: no refund of entry fee nor held on account.
