Welcome to the Maker’s Market at The Rose House and thank you for your interest in representing your art! We welcome vendors who provide quality and creative products. This year we are hosting two markets, you are invited to participate in one or both!
BOOTH REQUIREMENTS
The community of vendors at the Makers Market at The Rose House contributes to the overall atmosphere of the event therefore we will determine selection and placement of vendors in a manner conducive to the attendee’s experience. When planning, please consider the following:
• You may arrive to set up your booth starting Saturday, November 23th, 2024 at 8:00 am. Booths must be completely set up by 10:00am. The second show on Saturday, December 14, 2024.
We Supply:
▪ 1- 6' table inside the Rose Hall.
• Vendors requiring larger booth space must be approved by venue coordinator. Please notify us at least three days prior with special requests, written plans, in your application.
• Please include a special request if you need power.
If we are able, we will provide it, first come first serve.
• You are responsible for supervising your booth during the event hours.
Saturday, November 23.
Second market Saturday, December 14th
10:00am-3:00pm
• Vendors are accountable for setting up, maintaining, lighting, and breaking down their respective booths. All food, merchandise, trash, recyclables, wooden pallets, furnishings, lighting, and all other equipment must be removed from the area by 5:00 p.m., Saturday November 23th, same on Dec. 14
• Vendor locations will be inspected for cleanliness upon departure. Your booth area should be as clean or cleaner than when you arrived.
VENDOR CHECKLIST
□ Complete Vendor Agreement Form to be returned at time of event.
□ Provide Booth Payment of $45 to the Rose House. $35 if you also participated in the December Market. $20 for students under 18.
□ Detailed product descriptions, images to share on social media, business website, & business logo attached
Makers Market Vendor Agreement
Upon acceptance of this application, I agree to the following:
1. To read, understand, and follow the attached criteria.
2. Vendor agrees to comply with all federal, state, county, and city laws.
3. Vendor agrees to supervise his/her booth during the event hours.
4. Vendor agrees to sell only what is listed in this contract.
5. Vendor agrees to anticipate sales and have sufficient quantities of product on hand as ability to take payments.
6. Products made and sold are made by you, and sold as your art.
7. Vendors must have booths set up by 10:00am Saturday, November 23,2024, and/or 10 am Dec 14. Vendors must remove booths by 5:00 p.m., November 23th and/or Dec 14.
8. Any lack of courtesy, good will, and respect toward attendees or staff could result in termination of this agreement, loss of your deposit, and eviction from The Makers Market Event
9. That this agreement will serve as a contract and any legal fees incurred by anyone because of this contract will be paid for by the losing party.
10. Vendors agree not to have any loose glitter, open flames, command strips or tape applied to the walls of the Rose House
