Booth costs for 2024 are $300 for a 10’x10’ booth and $650 for a 20’x 20’ booth. *Prices are subject to change.

- booth setup for the duration of 1 month
- Tables
- Decor/lighting
- Security of area
- Music & entertainment
- Advertising of business
- Live media coverage
Vendor tents will be well lit and festively decorated. Vendors can also choose to share a booth. Subletting booth space is not permitted without granted permission.
Additionally, the Merchant Contracting committee will be reviewing applications with a decision to accept, decline, or put on a waitlist at the end of September. Please fill out the application in its entirety- include photographs of your merchandise, if possible. Please do not send any payment at this time, as we are unable to accept any funds until an invitation has been extended to participate. Applicants will be put on a waitlist to be considered without photographs/brochures of your products.
