At RHCA, our commitment is to provide exceptional offerings and service. We strive for complete satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to ensure you are pleased with our programs and services.
Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
RHCA will not refund any registration fees and no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Sharing, splitting, and reprinting badges are strictly prohibited.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
RHCA reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergencies, inclement weather, or other acts of God. In case of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule the event, and registration fees will be applied to the new date. RHCA cannot refund travel, lodging, or incidental expenses related to a canceled event. If rescheduling is not possible, RHCA will determine an appropriate refund amount after considering all circumstances and expenditures.

By registering for and attending RHCA events, attendees agree to the use and distribution of their image or voice in recordings (live and on-demand), photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes by RHCA and third parties, including vendors and host partners. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the event, such as session attendance and via check-in apps.
