  • General Information:

    • Date: July 25, 2026
    • Time: 8:00 to 10:00 AM set up, 11:00AM to 9:00PM Event
    • Location: Mulberry Street
    • Limited availability for booths/trucks requiring 240v 50 amp outlets, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • No reproduction, commercially-made, or direct sales are allowed. All sales must take place within your booth space, and all items, including stock, must remain inside your booth area.

    This is the third year of the Pride festival. Based on last year’s attendance, we estimate approximately 8,000 attendees.

  • **Users of 240-volt service must supply a 50 amp NEMA 14-50p plug with a sufficient amount of UL listed cable rated for service required. Electrical connection point will be within 100 feet of your booth space. Due to limited electric boxes, electric service requests MUST BE paid for, or it will not be provided.

  • Electric Agreement:

    I understand that overloading of electrical circuits is prohibited. If I have overloaded a circuit, I will be required to remove an appliance or appliances from service. If Electric Department Personnel are called for an overloading problem, I understand that I will be billed for a service call of $40.00. Under no circumstances will I be permitted to plug into street lighting.

    Vendor Agreement:

    I confirm that I understand and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Lebanon Pride Festival. I agree to abide by all safety regulations of the City of Lebanon, Warren County and the State of Ohio. I agree to hold harmless the Lebanon Pride Festival, Inc., it’s board members, committee members, volunteers and the City of Lebanon against any and all loss, damage, destruction of property including but not limited to injury, death or other casualty of persons resulting directly or indirectly that may arise from the operation of a vendor booth during the Lebanon Pride Festival. 

  • General Rules / Requirements for All Vendors


    Fire Extinguishers: The Lebanon Division of Fire requires all booths to have a 5-pound ABC Fire Extinguisher. The Lebanon FD will check each booth even if you are a non-food booth.

    Grease and Grey water: There is no receptable for grease or grey water so you must take it out with you. Vendors using grills, fryers or other grease producing equipment must place a covering such as roofing paper on the pavement under the equipment.

    Generators: Not permitted at this festival.

    Insurance: All vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance for operation of their booth space. Please provide a copy of the liability certificate for Lebanon Pride Festival with application.

    License: In consideration of the price paid for vending, Lebanon Pride Festival grants to the holder a revocable license to vend at the Lebanon Pride Festival. Licensee agrees to abide by all rules governing the Lebanon Pride Festival and acknowledges that the license granted hereby may be revoked without refund for violation of said rules. Scheduled festival events will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

    Refunds: Refunds of space will be made only if the Lebanon Pride Festival is notified in writing 30 days prior to the event and we are able to rent with another vendor. Lebanon Pride Festival reserves the right to determine if the vendor will receive a refund. Lebanon Pride Festival shall issue no refunds on account of inclement weather.

    Set Up and Teardown: The official festival hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

    • Set Up: Must be completed prior to the opening of the festival. You may begin setting up after 7 a.m. when the streets are officially closed. If you are not set up by 10:30 a.m., you will not be permitted access to your booth space. No refund will be issued.

    • Location: You will be e-mailed a letter prior to the festival with your booth number and location listed on it. There will be tape with each booth name on the curb where your booth is located. If you cannot find your space, the information booth is located in Bicentennial Park at the southwest corner of Cherry and Mulberry Streets.

    • Parking: You must move your vehicle from the festival area as soon as you have unloaded. You must find parking away from the festival area. There are locations behind the City building and along side streets in all directions. All vehicles must be out of the festival area by 10:30 a.m. ** No vehicles are permitted to park along Mechanic Street.
    • Canopies: You must provide your own canopy, tables and chairs. Please be aware the festival is in full sun. All canopies must have at least 45lb of weight for each leg.

    • Music: There will be entertainment provided all day and music will not be permitted at vendor booths.

    • Tear down: You may begin tearing down your space at 9 p.m. when the festival is over. Vehicles are not permitted in the festival area until the last entertainer is finished and the crowd has dispersed. No early tear down is permitted.
