Before you Consign
To ensure efficient processing, we do not sort consignments at the time of drop-off. Please inspect your items beforehand to ensure that they follow all guidelines. Please bring your items neatly folded and in a bag, box, or bin you do not want back. If you have items that can’t or shouldn’t be folded (such as gowns, cosplay, etc.), please call ahead so we can make the necessary accommodations.

Must be COMPLETLY free of any FABRIC PILING or other signs of WEAR.***Please check the inside thighs of pants and shorts to ensure they are in good condition***
Must not be from Shein, Rosegal, Temu or equivalents.
Must not be stretched out, shruken, or mishapen.
Items may also be rejected because we have too many similar items or do not think they will sell. We will notify you if we reject an excessive amount (more than 2-3) of your items for this reason. These rejections will not count towards a warning.
Do not drop off more than 25 items during a consignment period.
We do not accept religious or culturally specific garb or anything with discriminatory themes.
We understand that mistakes happen, and we don’t expect perfection. However, if more than 30% of your items (e.g., 9 out of 30) are rejected for obvious issues, you will receive a warning, and we will notify you via text. If you receive more than three warnings within a 12-month period, we may no longer accept consignments from you. Please understand that rejected items cost us time and money, and they delay the processing of accepted items, which impacts their time on the sales floor and causes consignors to miss potential sales. If you have any questions about our quality guidelines, please don’t hesitate to ask for clarification.

Text/Email Communication
This section is about how we communicate important information about your items and consignment to you.
I understand that if I do not collect my items within 7 days of notification, they will be donated. If I cannot be reached, any unsold or rejected items will also be donated. Additionally, any money owed to me from sales will be forfeited if not picked up within four months of being notified that all my items have been sold. I will receive at least one text or phone call when the four-month period is nearing its end. It is my responsibility to keep my contact information updated. If I do not provide an email or unsubscribe from text notifications, I understand that I will need to call the shop or visit in person to check on my account.

I understand that I will be receiving automated emails when my items are entered into the system, when something has sold and one newsletter per season letting me know the dates for consignment and what season we are in.

Consignment Timeline
We generally keep items in our inventory for 6-8 months to give it time to sell. Giving it at least a season to sell at full price and a season to sell at a discounted price. We generally do not discount items for 2-3 months after that we will gradually begin to discount them by 10%-20% at a time. For some seasonal items such as shorts, swim wear, and heavy coats may be discounted as soon as a month if it is dropped of later in the season. Regardless of your how long your items is on the floor discounts due to sales, coupons, or promotions will still be applied.

Your items are your until they sell and you may retrieve them anytime. If you would like out help pulling your items out of the inventory you may do so anytime. If you would like our help give us two weeks notice and we are happy to locate them for you.

We aim to have items on the floor no more than two weeks after they are dropped off. However sometimes we have more items consigned that normal and can run into delays. You will get an email listing all the items we accepted and their price when we have processed them. Feel free to call and check on where your items are in the process anytime.

We also sell items online. More To Love is responsible for any additional taxes and shipping costs associated with selling online. Any items under $20 sold online will have the same percentage as the rest of your items. Any items over $20 will have a $1.00 fee deducted from your standard percentage when sold online.

Damage And Loss
We are not responsible for damage or loss. We do our very best to care for your items. We have a powerful system that keeps track of your items and its details. We keep a clean and organized store and steam your items after they have been tried on to keep them fresh. We have an open and visible floor plan to prevent theft as much as possible. However some loss is unpreventable and we are not liable for loss or damage of the items.

Rejected/Expired Items
Return Or Donate Rejected/Expired Items

Return: Please notify me so I can pick up all of my expired and rejected items. I will receive 35% of my items' sale price, three warnings per 12-month period, and my items will not be eligible for liquidation pricing.
Donate: please donate all of my expired and rejected items without notification. I will receive 40% of my items' sale price, four warnings per 12-month period, and my items will be eligible for liquidation pricing.
You will receive a warning if over 30% of your items are rejected for obvious quality issues. Example: If you consign 30 items and 9 of your items are rejected you will get a warning.
Payment
All Payments over $10 are issued by check. We will mail you a check at your request for a $2.00 fee or you can pick one up anytime during business hours. No one but the account holder can pick up payment unless we are notified by the account holder.
