    Join us in making this a fantastic year for our students! Please complete this form to select your preferred club. We have included a brief overview of each role below to help guide your selections. After submitting, you will receive an email approval from THRS Partners to finalize your role.

  • Fine Arts Booster Club (FABC) Volunteer Roles

    • Performance Ushering: Greeting guests, scanning tickets, and handing out programs.
    • Set & Prop Construction: Building, painting, and moving stage scenery.
    • Costume & Wardrobe: Sewing, organizing, or managing outfits for shows.
    • Hospitality: Providing snacks and water for rehearsals and gallery openings.

    Dolphin Athletic Booster Club (DABC) Volunteer Roles

    • Concession Stands: Selling food and drinks during home games.
    • Game Day Operations: Managing admissions, ticketing, or operating the scoreboard.
    • Team Parent: Coordinating communications and events for a specific sport.
    • Merchandise Sales: Staffing the spirit wear booth to sell Dolphin gear.

    Festival of Friends Committee Roles

    • Donation Procurement: Sourcing auction items from both school families and local business sponsors.
    • Zone Management: Monitoring safety and lines at the games and ride areas.
    • Vendor Coordination: Greeting, directing, and assisting external food vendors.
    • Operations Logistics: Handling heavy lifting during event setup and breakdown.
