IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This course is a blended class. The initial part of the training is completed ON-LINE. The final portion of the class is IN-PERSON. PRIOR to attending the in-person skills class, you MUST complete the online portion of the Adult CPR/FA/AED class on your own. You will receive an email of completion from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) after completing the online portion, which must be presented to the trainer for the in-person's skills. IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP MULTIPLE PEOPLE, EVERY PERSON MUST HAVE THEIR OWN UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS.
The link for the online portion will be sent directly to the email you provide on this registration two weeks prior to the in-person class!
If you’re completing the online portion on a mobile device, please use the most recent version of Google Chrome (for Android) or Safari (for iOS).
COST:
Cost is $97 per participant. Check must be mailed in advance or brought the first day of class, unless contractual arrangement has been made in advance. Certification will not be given until payment is received.
