New Member Agreement and Registration
Magic Waters is a Private Member Association dedicated to researching, experimenting and practicing regenerative ways of living and unfolding their potential.
Magic Waters - Private Member Association, hereafter referred to as the Association, is founded and run by i: a man; Jorge Pedret; and i: a woman; Melissa Denuzzo.
Membership
Membership provides access to a range of benefits and programs offered by the association.
All activities through or within the association occur within the private domain only.
Your autograph confirms your acceptance of the agreement of membership and to abide by the Association’s Codex and Rules of Engagement;
With your autograph at the end of this Agreement, the Member voluntarily applies for membership in the Magic Waters - Private Member Association.
The Member acknowledges that the Association operates strictly within the private domain.
Purpose
Magic Waters’ purpose is to explore and practice regenerative ways of living, create village-happening, and support the ongoing unfolding of individual and group human potential.
Rules of Engagement
Don’t hurt yourself.
Don’t hurt others.
Don’t hurt the space.
Member Dues
Member dues are paid once for a lifetime membership.
The amount depends on how much you want to pay, with a minimum of $1 and no maximum limit.
The amount paid is non-refundable.
Each adult member of a family needs to apply and pay the member dues individually.
Offsprings don't need to pay or apply for membership. They are under the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
There may be additional subscription costs within various types of offerings the member engages in. These subscription costs may include extra expenses such as art supplies or if visiting a museum or venue and admission fee.

Member qualifications
Minimum age requirement is 18 years of age.
Below 18 years of age will require the accompaniment or permission from a trusted guardian (family member or appointed by their adult family Member) who is 18 years of age or older.
Membership is non-transferable and is valid until revocation, cancellation or death.
At the discretion of the Founders, value exchanges for offerings can be in the form of electronic payment, cash or barter.
Declaration of Self-Determination
The Association declares the right of every member to exercise self-determination and self-responsibility.
Members exercise free will and choice regarding which members or benefits to engage with for any purpose concerning all matters physical, material, spiritual, mental, lawful, financial and any other matter including but not limited to activities of fellowship, coaching, training, counsel, healing, advice, support and exchange.
All are voluntarily provided in the private and do not constitute any form of liability.
The Member acknowledges the inherent risks associated with nature-based activities and assumes full responsibility for their participation and that of their offspring or minors under their guardianship.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
The Association benefits, advice, and supportive community are offered to you as a member expressing your free will choice within the Association.
All private information shared will remain confidential and private within, during and following this member agreement.
No information is to be shared with or released to the public domain in any form without the expressed written permission from a Co-Founders of the association.
I acknowledge, comprehend and take full responsibility for my actions by consenting to this agreement.
Should I break this agreement, I recognize that my member's benefits and participation in the Association may be terminated.
Termination
Members of this Association and any of its groups may be terminated by the Association Co-Founders or their designate, at any time, when a specific member is interacting with them, or any other members, in a way that is outside of the declared context, causing harm and fail to provide remedy for this harm or dishonours the Rules of Engagement expected and agreed to by members.
Mediation Process
Handling Conflict, Collaboration Breakdown and Association’s Liquid States.
Conflicts between members are used as a doorway to take the member(s) and the association through the necessary process for the purpose of growth, evolution, healing and transformation of the members and the association.
The association uses Torus Circular Technology to self-organize.
To handle conflicts, a new Node in the Torus is created.
Torus Technology is designed to maximize the use of the group’s intelligence to find a resolution for the conflict and make use of the conflict as a resource for the evolution of the members and the Association.
A Torus Node is created when a conflict arises and interested members join the Node until a resolution is found.
When a resolution is found, the Node dissolves and merges back to the main Node.
A Node doesn't dissolve until a resolution is found.
The intelligence of the Node determines what specific processes are necessary for resolving the conflict.

Change of Capacity
I agree to join Magic Waters – A Private Member Association operating under Natural Law*, whose members are dedicated to helping each other unfold our potential.
*Natural Law refers to the universal rules or principles that apply to everyone, regardless of what any government or society says.
These universal principles govern the natural world and human interactions. For example:
Gravity: Objects with mass attract each other with a force proportional to their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
Conservation of Energy: Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed from one form to another.
Entropy: In any closed system, disorder tends to increase over time.
Adaptation: Living organisms evolve and adapt to their environment over time.
Cause and Effect: Every action or event is the result of previous actions or events. For every action, there is a corresponding reaction.
Balance and Homeostasis: Natural systems tend to seek and maintain equilibrium.
These principles are irrevocable, undeniable and apply to everyone, and they help us navigate the course of the association.
For the purposes of the PMA, I voluntarily change my capacity from that of a public person to that of a man or woman.
My activities with the Association are a private agreement that is none of the business of the Local, Provincial/Territorial or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies.
I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of the Association, unless that member has brought a proven harm against me and the dispute resolution has failed to provide a remedy.
Informed Consent
I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion.
I affirm that I do not represent any Local, Provincial/Territorial or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve benefits or offerings in the public domain, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation.
I have read and comprehended this agreement, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction.
I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in the Association at any time, and that my membership can be revoked if I engage in behaviour that falls outside the context, values and principles of the association.
By accepting this agreement, I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.
By entering into this agreement, I am giving informed consent to be a member.
