WVAG 2025 MEMBER SHOW ENTRY

Eligibility & Requirements
- Artists 18 years of age and older are eligible to enter.
- Maximum 1 artwork per artist.
- Work must be original and created by the submitting artist, not done under supervision, or in a workshop. All source materials, including photographs, must be the artists’ own.
- No work that has been previously entered in a WVAG show, not including artwork displayed in the online WVAG Gallery.
- All sales are subject to a 20% commission fee payable to the Westlake Village Art Guild.
- No AI artwork accepted.
WVAG reserves the right to reject any submissions that it deems inappropriate for our viewers, or is offensive in subject matter. Works that show nudity, religious, political, discriminatory, or violent messages may be barred from submission.

Gallery Sitting Exemption

Gallery Sitting Preferences

All entrants, except for those exempt or paying $30, must staff the Gallery for one, 3-Hour shift as a requirement for participation. The Gallery Hours are 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday from January 6, 2025 through January 29, 2025. Click your preferred date and then click on 11:00 AM for the starting time for the First Shift (11 AM - 2 PM) OR click on 2:00 PM for the starting time of Second Shift (2 PM - 5:00 PM).
