Come As You Are (Caya) is dedicated to empowering individuals through workplace coaching, skill-building opportunities, self-advocacy training, and resources for independent living. Our 12-week READY (Resilience, Empowerment, Advocacy, Development, and YOU) workshop culminates in a job fair that directly connects participants with potential employers—bridging the gap between promise and opportunity.

You do not need to have open positions to participate. Simply attending and sharing information about your company and the various roles within it demonstrates your support for our mission and helps us champion growth, change, and inclusion within our community.
