Come As You Are (Caya) is committed to empowering individuals by providing workplace coaching, skill-building opportunities, self-advocacy training, and resources for independent living. Our 12-week READY (Resilience, Empowerment, Advocacy, Development, and YOU) workshop culminates in a job fair designed to connect participants with potential employers, effectively bridging the gap between potential and opportunity. We invite community members to support the READY program and join us in our mission to foster a community of change and inclusion.
