By submission of this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Venue Access
Currently we are only offering parties on Sundays. Once all guests have arrived, we will locks the doors and post signage noting "CLOSED DUE TO PRIVATE EVENT".
Parents will have access to the reserved area 30 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area prior to the party’s scheduled start time. All party attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 30 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time to allow us to prepare for the next guest.
Cleanup
Parents are expected to place all trash and debris inside designated receptacles prior to vacating the reserved area. Parents may bring decorations as they see fit, with the following restrictions: No decorations may be “pinned” or nailed to any surface. No flames aside from candles on birthday cakes. No glitter or confetti.
Food & Drink
Birthday treats such as cupcakes or cakes are permitted to be brought in. All food and beverage must remain in designated party area and not to be set, stored, or otherwise travel through the processing area. Failure to comply with this policy may result in an additional $50 cleaning fee.
Capacity
At this time we are limiting party size to 8 (eight) children and 4 (four) adults.
Liability
By booking your event release Tria Frog Treats from any potential liability. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tria Frog Treats and its employees for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur. The Client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all guests and attendees at the event, including but not limited to damaged product due to unattended guests crushing or manipulating bags.
Non-Refundable Clause
The Client acknowledges and agrees that there is a non-refundable $50 deposit. This deposit ensures the reservation of the date and the services provided by the Service Provider. In the event of cancellation by the Client for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, injury, or loss caused during the event, unless due to negligence by the Service Provider.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this contract due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies that make performance impossible.
