This form is required to be completed AFTER a player has a complete Permission To Train (PTT) FROM another club TO the Frankston Blues. Once this form has been submitted it is automatically be sent to the FDBA Front Office, the appropriate Head of Coach (Boys or Girls) and the appropriate Age Gender Head Coach (Girls Only)

The 'Permission to train' (PTT) form will be open to complete from Monday 23rd September 2024.

No association VJBL tryouts can include any player who is or has previously played VJBL until the completion of VJBL Grand Finals.

Players who are currently playing for or have previously played in a VJBL competition and wish to obtain 'Permission to train' (PTT) at another association must complete and submit the correct form before trying out with a new association. Associations have 5 business days to approve the request.
