In consideration of receiving the grant, successful applicants must adhere to the terms and conditions set out below:
Terms and Conditions
1. Applications must be completed in full by the close date above; no late applications will be received.
2. The successful applicants are selected by their respective SLS State/Territory centre and decisions are final.
3. Clubs/services selected by their respective SLS State/Territory centre to receive a subsidised unit that wish to withdraw their grant application must inform their State/Territory centre and SLSA prior Wednesday 19 February 2025.
4. If payment is not received by the Wednesday 19 February 2025. the allocation will be passed onto another applicant under consultation with the respective State/Territory Centre.
5. Some of the equipment may be utilised at the National Championships (The Aussies). Successful applicants that have been allocated equipment used at championships events are responsible for the collection of equipment post event at their own cost.
6. Price includes pre-delivery costs and fitting to SLS specification.
7. Prices do NOT include State/Territory specific registration fees - this is the responsibility of the club/service after collection of the equipment.
8. Prices do NOT include freight to the local dealer or from the championship events. The successful applicant is responsible for freight to local dealer and/or from Championship events.
9. The successful applicants will be required to promote the grant through their club channels and may also be required for media that could be generated through the program.
10. BRP equipment must be retained by the successful applicant for a minimum of 12 months.
11. SLSA will provide the service details and the service contact details of the service representative completing the application form for the purposes of this grant only.
