Zuant High Performance Software Terms and Conditions
- If the Zuant app is utilised on more devices than that ordered, your account will incur a fee of £140 per license, which will be invoiced directly to you.
- There will be a £20 administration fee applied to the invoice for any requested amendments to your order.
- High Performance Software Ltd. is not responsible for the quality or quantity of data you collect. High Performance Software Ltd. can only supply the information provided by show visitors upon registration.
- In accordance with GDPR requirements, all lead retrieval forms will include a mandatory check box to capture attendee consent for future contact.
- High Performance Software Ltd. is not liable for any data loss or delay in transmission of data that you suffer as a result of circumstances outside of our control.
- PLEASE NOTE: The following devices are supported: Later iPhones, iPads and Android Phones. Android tablets are NOT supported. High Performance Software Ltd. is not liable for any issues that you suffer as a result of using devices that are not supported. The device must have a rear facing camera which is not fixed-focused.
- Cancellation requests made prior to the show start date will incur a charge of 50% of the total order cost. Zuant does not offer full refunds for orders that are no longer required.
- No refunds will be granted once the show has started, except in the case of issues occurring as direct result of the Zuant System.
- Zuant does not offer refunds for orders that were not utilised during the event. It is the responsibility of the client to cancel unrequired orders before the event begins.
- Orders that were not utilised at the event are payable in full. Zuant does not offer invoice credits for orders not utilised at the event.
