9th AOPMC Video Tournament Submission Form

NOTE:

Previously published cases will not be accepted. You may submit your case if you originally submitted, but were not selected for, the 2024 MDS International Congress Video Challenge in Philadelphia, PA, USA.
Cases must be submitted using the slide template provided and presented in English. Besides well-edited video cases, we also welcome submission of interesting images that are valuable diagnostic clues (e.g., physical appearances, radiological or pathological findings). All cases should have a known diagnosis that will be shared at the end of the presentation.
As the case will be utilized for a video tournament where AOPMC participants will compete to win the top prizes, it is important that the submission is kept confidential.
Cases submitted as abstracts for the 9th AOPMC will not be accepted.

All submitted cases will be reviewed by the AOPMC Video Tournament Committee to select the most interesting and educational video or image cases for the tournament. Selected cases will be presented by the tournament's Masters of Ceremonies in a quiz format, consisting of spot diagnosis, multiple choice questions, and classic case discussion style, with appropriate acknowledgement to the case submitter. Top 3 case submissions will win award certificates, which will be presented during the AOPMC Video Tournament.
