We will be accepting 12 max into the Mat program and 8 max into the equipment certification (Reformer and Comprehensive). If we have reached maximum, we will refund your money if you have paid for the program.

I have no acute injuries that would prevent performance of challenging exercises during the course of the program. I will disclose anything of concern below and get doctor note if injury is acute.
I have/ or will take 3 classes at Free Movement Pilates with a master instructor prior to start of program.
I have/or will receive my CPR certification by January 2025 (online certifications are accepted)

Graduation Policy
I have read the graduation requirements in teacher training catalog, and understand what is required of me to complete the program. I will reach out to the master instructor for any clarification prior to start of program, should I have additional questions.

Liability Waiver and Release
All students must agree to the following: I, as consideration for my participation in the fitness activities at Free Movement Pilates, LLC, legally bind myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators and her herby waive, fully and finally, any causes of action or claims against Free Movement Pilates, LLC, along with its owners, independent contractors, directors, officers, employees, members, shareholders, representatives, agents, affiliates, and assignees from any and all liability, responsibility, claims, causes of action, injuries, judgement and other damage of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any personal injuries incurred by the undersigned patrol/users/subscriber/member of Free Movement Pilates, LLC, directly or indirectly resulting from participating in the services, use of equipment, and/or activities undertaken at Free Movement Pilates, LLC as well as any personal injury sustained by the undersigned patron's presence on the physical property premises of Free Movement Pilates, LLC whether or not participating in or utilizing the services, equipment, and/or activities of Free Movement Pilates, LLC

Payment Option: Due with application by 04/15/2024 for 2024 -2025 teacher training program. Online Guides & Manuals included. *Please note workshops are included in 450 hr training.

100hr Comprehensive Mat paid in full ($1150)
100hr Pilates Mat partial payment plan: $450 deposit due 10/15, $350 due by 10/31, $350 due by 12/31
160hr Comprehensive Reformer paid in full ($2150), $2215 credit card) due 4/15 option 4
160hr Reformer partial payment plan: $650 deposit due 4/15; $500 due at beginning of each weekend (4/25, 5/30, 6/20).
Mat & Reformer paid in full ($3300).
Mat & Reformer partial payment plan: $800 deposit due 10/15; $500 due at beginning of each weekend.
450 hr Comprehensive Equipment paid in full ($5800) - $3500 due by 10/15 w/ submission of application; the remainder will be due in summer 2025 when fall weekends are released.
For Existing Teacher Trainers: (Tower/Cadillac 2 Weekend Workshop) $1300

Refund Policy:
Free Movement Pilates, LLC will provide a full refund (less the cost of manuals as they will have already been ordered) if notice is given to the studio at least two weeks prior to start date. If a change of date by Free Movement Pilates or unforeseen circumstances arise, the student will receive a pro-rated refund based on percentage of instructional time attended in the program. We want all students to be successful in the program and will work with you to complete program in most efficient manner should circumstances affecting program completion arise.
