  Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months following the contract end date. You must have a valid passport for the embassy appointment. For Support Staff, you must have a Student Status document for the embassy appointment.
  
  All staff must have a background check completed and submitted to your host camp prior to arrival in the United States.
