We are currently not accepting vendors selling pre-packaged/purchased food products. Baked goods and treats are expected to be made instead of store bought.
Attaching pictures can be helpful in the approval process to limit duplicate vendors. They can also be used to promote the craft sale and can be tagged on social media

Fees will populate on the application once you select a payment method below. Only one business per space. Exceptions may be made for an Excel parent + student. We have limited quantities available for Electric and Table Rental add-ons. If we run out, you will be informed and given option to cancel or receive refund for add-on. You must bring your own extension cord and power strip—these are not provided.

In the event booth spaces are filled, you will be refunded the application fee. Payments are non-refundable once approved. You agree to arrive by 8:30 AM and not leave before 2:00 PM on the event day. You release Excel Charter Academy & the PTO from any liability for damage, loss, theft, or personal injury. Vendors must uphold the school's core values while present during the event, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment. Violation of this agreement may result in exclusion from future events.*
