Registration for ETSU Choir Fest: February 6, 2027
Registration closes on Friday, November 20, 2026 OR when all available clinic spots have filled: If you would like to register more than one ensemble, please submit a SEPARATE registration form for each.
Fees & Payment:
Ensemble fee is based on the size of the group as follows: 1-24 singers is $300; 25-49 singers is $375; 55-74 is $450; 75-99 is $525; 100 and over is $600. In addition to the ensemble clinic, this INCLUDES all music for the combined festival choir, and a ticket to the Voctave concert for all directors and students. Directors will also have access to the snack lounge! Once registration closes and clinic schedules have been confirmed, you will receive an invoice that may be paid by check or credit card.

Each choir will have a 45 minute clinic with an ETSU conductor. Combined activities for all participants will begin at 4:00 in the afternoon. All directors will need to consider time for their choir to eat before or after their clinic to be ready to begin the Festival sing at 4:00. There are many fast food options within minutes of the Martin Center, and you may also purchase meal tickets for the ETSU Main Dining Hall (about a ten minute walk from the Martin Center). Campus tours and activities will be provided mid-afternoon for choirs with early clinic times. With that in mind, select your clinic time preferences below with your "1st Choice" being the time you prefer the most. We will do our best to honor time preferences.
