Requirments & Policy
Fee: To secure a date, one half of the total rental fee is required. Balance due must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.
Cleaning/damage fee: Minimum of $500 deposit is required and will be added on to the total event pricing. This is 100% refundable if rental space is clean and damage free at end of event.
Insurance: A copy of a certificate of liability insurance is required for all events 2 weeks prior to event date.
Alcohol: Licensed OLCC servers/monitors are required by CCFEC for any alcohol being served at an event and an additional fee will apply for each server needed. CCFEC will determine the number of servers/monitors needed per event.
Security: Any event where alcohol is being served is required to have security/ alcohol monitors.
Parking: Red and Blue Lots across the street or a small area by 4-H Hall.
Smoking: The Fairgrounds and Event Center campus is smoke free. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Catering: For any private event you may use a caterer of your choice, approved by CCFEC. For onsite food vendors additional fees will apply.
Applicable Codes & Ordinances: Music/ bands are too loud if you can hear it outside the building.
