  • The Safety Peer Group is designed to help members understand the importance of leadership commitment, cultural transformation and safety management processes in achieving a zero-incident jobsite.

  • ABC NorCal’s Board of Directors oversees the entire organization. Board members work with the executive team to set the chapter’s strategic direction and ensure business efficiency and mission alignment. The Board approves and appoints all committee members and trustees.

  • The Benefit Trust Fund is an employee benefit plan for ABC NorCal apprentices and member companies. Trustees oversee plan administration and ensure funds are used appropriately and responsibly.

  • The Training Trust Fund is an employee benefit plan established to accept public works mandatory contributions for the training of registered apprentices and craftworkers. Trustees safeguard all training contributions and ensure they are used prudently.

  • The Unilateral Apprenticeship Committee is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Apprenticeship Rules & Regulations and Standards, which includes recruitment and selection of new apprentices, supervising the training of apprentices and their advancement through the program. This ensures attendance and proper on-the-job training for each apprentice and imposes penalties for any violations of program rules.
