Saturday, January 17, 2026, Keeping the Dream Alive
The Delta Theta Lambda Education Foundation of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization is pleased to bring you the 11th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day celebration parade to the Huntsville community.
We personally invite our community partners to join us in this celebration by registering as a parade participant in the the upcoming MLK Annual Parade in downtown Huntsville, Alabama on Saturday, January 17, 2026. We are honored to have a Grandstand viewpoint centrally located at the intersection of Church St. SW & Holmes Ave NW. We ask that all vehicle decorations and announcements reflect the theme of Keeping the Dream Alive.
The parade will be sponsored and televised by our local WHNT News 19.
How to Register and Participate: Please RSVP by completing the registration by Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and send to hsvmlkparade@gmail.com. Once registered, you will be added to an email distribution to keep all participants informed of the announcements, and line- up instructions. There is no participant fee for the parade. Parade participants will line-up starting at 09:00 a.m. the day ofthe parade at Lot K located on Clinton Ave West and Woodson Street. Each group must havea contact person to check-in upon arrival to Lot K.
