Property Changes

If any information provided by an owner to a unit in the permit application changes, the owner shall provide updated information to the City's Building Commissioner within thirty (30) days after the change.

Fee Payments

A separate application is required for each STR property. An initial application fee of $75.00 must be made for each application. This fee is non-refundable if the application is not approved.
