    ----COMMUNICATION----
    Evergroom values effective communication between groomer and client. We ask that you please communicate with us if you are not pleased with your service within 24 hours. 

    Perfection cannot always be obtained when working with animals, but we will always do our best to provide excellent service.

    Texting is our preferred method of contact. Please do not knock on the grooming van once we have your pet with us. The noise is startling and poses a risk for injury when using sharp tools on your pet.


    ----RECURRING SCHEDULES----
    Clients must maintain pre-booked recurring grooming schedules every 4 weeks or 6 weeks. After the first visit, if we are a good fit, we reserve appointments for your pet for the remainder of the year. Occasionally, there may be changes to your pet's schedule throughout the year due to routing, time off, inclement weather, etc.


    ----CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES----
    If cancellation or reschedule occurs with less than 24 hours of notice, a $50 cancellation fee per pet will apply. If we arrive at the appointment and cannot access your pet, cannot groom your pet, or if you choose not to have one or more of your scheduled pets groomed, you will be responsible for the total cost of services booked. We will wait up to 15 minutes before you are considered a “no show”. Regular or multiple cancellations will result in your appointment schedule being forfeited. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and will alert you as soon as possible to any changes.


    ----APPOINTMENT TIMES----
    Appointment times given are estimates, as our schedule is subject to interruptions and delays including traffic, construction, refueling, etc. We provide an arrival window, and require clients to be available during the entire duration of this window.

    *We require the owner on site for their first appointment — this ensures we have all our notes correct, and allows for a comfortable introduction for your pets and you!


    ----PRICING AND PAYMENT----
    Payment for services is due at the time services are complete. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

    *Note: We do not carry change with us for the safety of our pet professionals. Tips are appreciated, but not required, and all tips go to your groomer. Invoices must be paid by 5pm on day of service. Late fees of $5.00 per day will be added to unpaid
    invoices starting after midnight on day of service. No further service will be provided until the balance is paid.


    Grooming prices are estimated and may vary greatly based on coat condition, skin condition, special handling, size, temperament, etc. Quotes given may not be the total amount after services are actually rendered. Pets who skip appointments or those with matted coats are subject to additional fees.


    ----PARKING----
    Please provide a gate code or any instructions needed if your home is hard to find. We are able to park on the street, however there must be a parking spot big enough to accommodate our vehicle. Please notify us prior if your home is hard to find, has difficult parking, or low hanging branches.


    ----MATTED/NEGLECTED COAT----
    We do not offer dematting services. Any pet who is matted will need to be shaved. Ears and tails that are not matted to the skin may be gently brushed out at the discretion of our pet professional for an additional fee. The client understands that they are responsible for the condition of their pet’s coat and will not hold Evergroom responsible in the event of adverse effects of mat removal. We will make every effort to minimize any reactions.


    ----VACCINATIONS/ILLNESS----
    Clients are responsible for vaccinating their pets, and Evergroom will not be held responsible for any illness resulting from a lack of vaccinations. We may ask for proof of a current rabies vaccination at any time. All cats must provide proof of a current rabies vaccination to receive service.


    If your pet is displaying any symptoms of illness (coughing, diarrhea, fever) prior to their appointment, we ask that you please reschedule your grooming appointment and seek veterinary care. If Evergroom observes any of these symptoms during grooming, we will cancel the appointment and return the pet to you and full payment will be due.


    ----BEHAVIOR/SEDATION/ACCIDENTS----
    We do not accept aggressive or unsafe pets. Pets who exhibit extreme behaviors such as struggling, biting, nipping, or high stress during the grooming process will be returned to the owner as is. In the event that only partial services can be rendered we will charge based on our minimum appointment fee or the duration of time we have been grooming, whichever is larger. Evergroom reserves to right to use necessary equipment including but not limited to leashes, soft muzzles, grooming loops, soft collars, should they be required. Evergroom does not groom pets who have been sedated. 


    Should an accidental injury occur, we will alert you as soon as possible and proceed together on the best choice moving forward. In case of an emergency, you authorize Evergroom to take your pet to the nearest veterinarian if we cannot reach you. Communication between Evergroom and your veterinarian is mandatory in the event of veterinarian bill payment/reimbursement. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to alert us to any pre-existing conditions, so we can do our best not to aggravate them.


    ----SENIOR PETS----
    We do not accept new dogs over the age of 14 due to the additional stress caused by a new environment. Senior pets have a greater chance of groom accidents or becoming stressed during their appointment, and will be groomed for cleanliness and comfort. Some services may not be performed. Evergroom Luxury Mobile Grooming will exercise responsible care to prevent injury or illness to pets; however, in the event of an accident, the owner will not hold Evergroom liable.

    ----FLEAS----
    We are a parasite free facility and do not accept any pets with fleas or ticks. If we discover parasites before we begin grooming, your pet will be returned to you and the total cost of services booked will be due. If we discover fleas during  bathing/drying, we will use a flea shampoo on your pet and you will be charged an additional $65 fee in addition to the total appointment cost. Pets must be treated and 100% parasite free to be accepted back onto our schedule. Multiple instances of parasites may result in removal from our client list.


    ----SOCIAL MEDIA----
    We may take photos of your pet to post on our Facebook page, Instagram, or use on our website.
