Performance Guidelines & Consent Form – Diwali Event
1. Please provide a brief background of your performance, including its theme, meaning, and relevance.
2. Each performance must not exceed 5 minutes in duration. Performances longer than 5 minutes will not be included in the program.
3. Group performances can have a maximum of 15 participants.
4. Each performer is allowed only one performance, whether solo or group. Due to the high number of expressions of interest received, performers repeating in multiple performances make it difficult to accommodate everyone.
5. All content must be respectful, family-friendly, and culturally appropriate.
6. Performers are responsible for bringing their own costumes, props, and music in a suitable format.
7. No changes will be made to the final program. The decisions of the program committee will be final, and all performers must have to abide by them.
8. All performers must arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes before their scheduled performance. The program committee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule performances that arrive late, including moving them to the end of the program.
