  • Membership

    A TNSHA membership is required to compete. ASHA & TNSHA memberships are required only for Open, Limited Open, NonPro, Limited Non Pro, Novice, Green Horse, and Sr. & Jr. Youth divisions. Select, Collegiate, Rookie, and Walk-Trot divisions do not require an ASHA membership and competition license, only a TNSHA membership. If you are unsure of your membership status, shoot an email to tnstockhorse@gmail.com to confirm. All memberships can be done ahead of time at http://www.tnsha.org/forms.html or they can be done in the show office at the show.

  • Divisions and Classes

    Must enter the All-Around/all four classes within a division in order to qualify for a high point award. If you wish to compete in the Introductory classes, this must be your FIRST stock horse show with us. Introductory does not count towards year-end awards. Novice and Youth riders cannot enter non-pro or open cowhorse classes. A youth rider cannot cross-enter both novice and youth classes. Any aged horse can be ridden in a snaffle or bosal. Novice, Youth, Intro, and Walk-Trot divisions omit log drag in trail. Walk-trot riders will only perform a dry work pattern for cow work class, no live cattle will be worked for walk-trot divisions. Walk-trot riders cannot cross-enter any other divisions (horses can with a different rider). $20 LATE FEE WILL APPLY FOR DAY-OF ENTRIES
  • SPECIAL EVENT CLASSES:

    In-Hand Pleasure & Trail: Reserved for horses that are not being shown under saddle yet. Any age. Will complete the walk trot patterns on foot leading your horse.

    Jackpot - $15 of entry towards jackpot. Payout: 60/30/10 to top three placings. No memberships required. Ranch rail will be judged with all riders on the rail at a time. Walk, trot, extended trot, lope, and extended lope gaits may be called for (except no lope for Walk-Trot rail). Jackpot classes do not count towards division high points. Classes will be judged according to AQHA Novice rules and scoring (ranch riding). WALK TROT RIDERS CANNOT ENTER ANY LOPING CLASSES INCLUDING JACKPOT

  • Stalls & Hookups

    Please reserve stalls on this form. The show office will have a trainer's sheet at the show for any tack stall splits with large groups.

    By submitting this form, I hereby release and hold without blame for liability Tennessee Stock Horse Association, TN Miller Coliseum, American Stock Horse Association, and all clinic instructors or their officers, directors, employees, representatives, volunteers, or participants in case of injury or theft incurred to me, my horse, or equipment during the Tennessee Stock Horse Clinic and Show on November 14-16th. By submitting this form, I also confirm that my horse will have a current negative coggins test by November 14th..

    I understand that under Tennessee Law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury or death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to the Equine Activities Liability Protection Act.

    I understand that any disorderly conduct including severe disrespect to the show staff, fellow exhibitors, and spectators will not be tolerated. TNSHA Board members reserve the right to deem any disorderly conduct as unsafe and disruptive and will dismiss and escort any participant or spectator off of the premises with no refunds. Disorderly conduct includes any threatening behavior, refusing to obey an official order for safety purposes, creating a hazardous condition without legitimate purpose, or consistently and loudly using foul language toward other persons.Thank you for helping us keep TNSHA shows family-friendly and enjoyable!
