• conference registration is only valid after confirmation by the contractual agency providing the ÚOHS conference (SNIP & CO, reklamní společnost, s.r.o.)
• the deadline for registration is determined by the limited capacity of the conference hall (max. 150 people)
• participation in workshops 6.11. is limited by the number of people (info 17.9.2025 - workshop A - capacity is exhausted)
• please note that it is not possible to register for only one of the days of the conference, only for the conference as a whole.
• the personal data filled in below are processed for the purpose of holding the St. Martin's Conference 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "conference") organized by the Office for the Protection of Economic Competition, in particular for sending payment information and more detailed information about the conference, recording payments, registering participants on holding a conference and printing name tags in the scope of name, surname and institution. The administrator of this personal data is SNIP & CO, reklamní společnost, spol. s r.o., Špitálka 41, 602 00 Brno, Company ID: 46966234. The administrator is authorized to transfer this data to the Office for the Protection of Economic Competition, for the purpose of checking the registration of participants and payment of the conference fees. After the conference, personal data will only be processed in accordance with generally binding regulations.

Participation fee and payment type

• Participation fee - the price of the fee includes VAT, the conference fee does not include accommodation
• Payment of the participation fee must be made by 30.10. 2025 by cashless transfer on the basis of an invoice, the due date of tax documents is contractually 10 days.
• Cancellation fees – cancellation of participation by the registered party until October 20, refund of 100% of the price; by 30.10. return of 50% of the price; in case of later cancellation, the fee will not be refunded
