2024 Sub for Santa Sponsor Information

By sponsoring a child/family, you are agreeing to spend approximately $100-150 per child.

If that is more than you would like to commit to, we do have Angel Trees where you can purchase items that are more agreeable to your budget. You can find more information here: https://cachecountysubforsanta.org/ways-to-participate/angel-tree/

We will be in contact with your assignments as soon as possible, but no later than November 18th! We do our best to send information as soon as possible but much of this depends on how quickly we receive applications.

You should get an email when you submit this application, but we may not reach out to again before this date. Just know we are working hard behind the scenes and if you received a confirmation email, we have you on our list and are planning on your support!

For planning purposes, gift drop is scheduled for the following dates/times:

Thursday December 5 from 4-6 PM
Friday December 6 from noon-6 PM
Saturday December 7 from 9 AM - Noon

In order to make gift drop run a more smoothly for us and you, we will be sending a link for you to sign up for a 15 or 30 minute drop off window depending on how many children you sponsor. Please look for this email to come with your assignments or shortly after. Thank you!

Please list any special requests (we cannot guarantee that we can meet all requests, as we try to keep our sponsors with one single family, but we try our hardest):

Consider not exceeding $100-$150 per child so as to keep expectations "even" throughout the program and to also assist you in determining how many children you are able to sponsor. If you purchase a higher cost item (such as a bicycle), you may go over the $150 limit or we can fill in from our general donations. You do not need to spend the maxiumum amount if that is not in your budget.

Due to security concerns, all donations must be unwrapped. You may consider including wrapping supplies with your donation for the parent(s).

The main drop-off location will be at BTECH West Campus at 1410 N 1000 W in Logan. Our entrance is the south door on the EAST side of the building.

If you are an individual that would like a tax reciept, please indicate if we can email you a tax donation instead of mailing it. If you prefer mailed tax forms, please list your address below. If you are a busness and coordinating donations, if individuals would like a tax reciept, please email us a spreadsheet with their name, email address, and address (only if they prefer a paper reciept) and the amount they donated to director@cachecountysubforsanta.org and we will get them on our donor list.
