This is a back-up vendor application. The Swing has been juried but we will be taking back-up vendor applications and will let you know asap if there is a spot for you!
THE HOLIDAY SWING will be open to the public Nov. 30 & Dec. 1, Dec. 7-8, Dec 14-15, and Dec. 21-22 and will take place inside J. Rieger & Co. and outside in Electric Park inside provided semi-permenant, decorated tent structures at 2700 Guinotte Ave in the historic East Bottoms. There will be many holiday activations going on for the most festive and beautiful handmade holiday market in all of KC! We'll have visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, on-site wreath making, and shopping the best makers & shakers in the entire midwest will imbibing on the fabulous Rieger cocktails & mocktails, dining on their incredible food from the food truck and Monogram Lounge and more!
Hours of operation will be:
Saturdays: 11 - 7pm
Sundays: 11 - 4pm
Admission is free for guests.
INDOOR AND OUTDOOR BOOTHS ARE AVAILABLE!
OUTDOOR BOOTHS WILL HAVE TENTS PROVIDED!
Booths will be on bricked walkways outdoors in indoors inside the historical museum.
We do not provide tables/chairs.
There will be power available for vendors.
BOOTHS WILL BE SECURED OVERNIGHT and You will be able to leave your booth set up over night.

ONLY HANDMADE/DESIGNED ITEMS AND VINTAGE ITEMS ARE ACCEPTABLE. No direct sales items are allowed.
This event is juried. We, along with our trusted jury, will review each application and take a variety of items into consideration when choosing our vendors. We are looking for quality handmade items, a cohesive brand, great photographs of your items so we can see what you make, innovative items, etc. Application fees cover this jurying process and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Applications close Sunday, October 6th at 11:59. The jury will deliberate and send out vendor acceptance emails by Monday, October 7th at 11:59pm.
