If you have not taken class with us, we recommend attending some classes at our studio as this will help you determine if our community and teaching style is a good fit for you.

Teacher Qualifications

Minimum 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Experience Teaching and/or Training in Power Yoga, Ashtanga (or similiar style), Rocket Yoga, Vinyasa, Baptiste Yoga, Yin Yoga, or Kundalini
An open mind, willingness to receive feedback, and a commitment of continued growth to your teaching practice
Those with teaching experience will be considered first

The Process

If we feel like you would be a good fit, Allie will get in touch to chat and then schedule a time for an audition
The audition will be a 20-40 minute demo class, accompanied by a playlist

Note: If you do not have the resources to access classes at vyb studio, please email allie@vyb-studio.com so we can add a complementary class package to your account. This option is only available to those who meet the teacher qualifications.
