Details and Arrival/Departure Dates
The General Assembly with arrive on April 6, 2025 and depart on April 9, 2025. Roundtrip Airport Transfers will be scheduled according to the General Assembly participant’s arrival and departure times. We will collect all flight information once we receive payment. Registration fee includes the following: 3 Nights Lodging at The Hythe Hotel (April 6, 7, 8). Located in the heart of the village and at the base of Vail Mountain.Roundtrip Airport Transfers 3 Breakfasts (April 7, 8, 9)2 Lunches (April 7, 8)3 Dinners (April 6,7,8)2 Days of Lift Tickets (April 7, 8)Complimentary bus ground transportation in the town of Vail Meeting SpaceGuided Hotel Site ToursGuided Mountain Tours Rental Equipment NOT included. You will be able to reserve rental gear in advance. A link to reserve rental gear will be provided after you register. Once you register, you will receive a link to our lodging look book outlining the various lodging options with pricing to help you make a decision for the 2027 bookings. You will also take a guided hotel site tour in Vail.
Payment
You will receive one invoice from ski.com to collect payment via credit card, bank transfer, or wire transfer. Credit card processing fee is 3.6%.
Number of Double Rooms (at $975 per person)
Enter the number of DOUBLE ROOMS not the number of people. This will house two people per room with two queen size beds per room. Enter 0 if no double rooms are desired.
Number of Single Rooms (at $1495 per person)
This is one person per room. Enter 0 if no single rooms are desired.
