    Introducing SEPC's Innovation Stations in which one (1) of your team members may highlight your new product, product line, or service during our Southern Exposure Expo. The product image will also be featured in our conference app. YOU MUST SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION BY FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2025. Stations are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Priority will be given to waitlisted companies who meet the criteria as well as companies who are interested in joining the SEPC. Applications can only be approved for 2 consecutive years. Guidelines: Space is limited to one (1) Innovation Station per member company. ONE company member will be allowed at the station at a time (GENERAL ATTENDEE or GROUP REGISTRATION PURCHASE REQUIRED; additional associates would need to purchase additional general attendee registrations or register as part of a group). NOTHING can be added to this station area (i.e. additional signage, banners, display racks, tables, etc.); All items/branding MUST be contained within the confines of the Innovation Station desk. Sampling is permitted per convention center policies (see exhibitor kit). One (1) stool will be provided at each station. Storage space is available within the desk area of the station. REFUND DEADLINE: JANUARY 2, 2026.

  • Upload your company's logo and product(s) graphic below.  If you are submitting a "family of items", you will need to photograph all items and combine them to submit only one image. The items show best in a square format.  For example, 4 items would show best in a 2x2 collage arrangement, not one row of 4 items. Sales sheets or graphics with a lot of text will not show well in the directory or app. The space allotted for the graphic image in the printed directory is about 400x400px. For our app, the graphic should be at least 900x900px. Provide graphics that are high resolution to prevent blurry images.  The company logo will appear on the Innovation Station (30.5"x13.5") as well as within our conference app and printed directory. The product image, company logo and item(s) description will appear in the conference app as well as the printed directory. Email info@seproducecouncil.com if you have any questions.
