This agreement is made between Helping Hands Financial Services LLC ("the Company") and the undersigned client ("the taxpayer).
Tax Filing Authorization
By signing this agreement and uploading all required documentation, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Helping Hands Financial Services LLC will proceed with preparing and filing their tax return.
Documentation Responsibility
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete documents necessary for tax preparation. The Company is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client. All necessary documents, such as ID, Social Security, Birth Certificate, etc., must be uploaded to the portal account to complete the return.
Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel this agreement at any time prior to the filing of the tax return. However, any cancellation will incur a $150 cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative and preparatory costs incurred by the Company.
Acknowledgment
By signing the Taxpayer Contract, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined within.
