Skills Assessment

For each of the activities/skills below, please rate yourself using the following scale

1 - you are highly skilled and could teach and/or facilitate as the lead instructor

2 - you have significant experience and could co-lead or teach with another instructor

3 - you have little experience and could assist with the activity

4 - you have no experience, and you have no interest in helping

Please don't be intimidated by this section! It is just a tool to give us an idea of not only what you're already good at, but also what you want to learn more about. You DON'T need to be proficient in the majority of things on this list.
